Event gallery ↗Reference maximum: vessel 1, 800 guests; vessel 2, 400 guests. Requests for 800–1,000 guests on vessel 1 and capacities for individual layouts require separate confirmation of current operating conditions.
Whole-vessel charter guide
1 · Choose the vessel & layout
Match the vessel to your guest numbers, dining, seating and stage plan. Total vessel capacity differs from banquet seating. Vessel 1 has a partly open 3F and fully outdoor 4F; plan winter events mainly indoors.
2 · Dockside or sailing charter
A dockside event uses the vessel as a venue without sailing. A sailing charter hires the whole vessel for an agreed route. Vessel, boarding point, route, timing and weather conditions must be confirmed separately.
3 · Quotation & confirmation
Send your date, event and setup/teardown times, guest numbers, terminal and budget. Review vessel hire, food and drink, performances, equipment, staff and other inclusions/exclusions in a written quotation and contract before confirmation.
4 · Before the event
Confirm passenger lists and ID, boarding arrangements, installation restrictions, sound/performance conditions, payment, cancellation and weather-change terms. Preparing an enquiry does not reserve the vessel or date.
